This week I wrote a piece about the types of coins you should be cherry picking from dealers' inventories- as well as the process I go through before deciding which coins are worth paying to get graded.

Of course, I'm curious about what you guys do as well. Do you have your coin submission strategy down to a science? Do those of you who submit track your success in pre-judging the returned grade?

Thanks, bpoc and wquinn- everytime I've ever gotten a coin back that's a point or two low- I wobble it- and sure enough what was hidden by high hopes gets revealed in proper grading light.

Wobbling before you submit is the absolute best way to know what you've got before you spend the money.
