There is actually a much better list of CSA copies here:
http://www.crutchwilliams.com/BogusCSA_RoTx.htmlThe vast majority of copies of CSA, state or obsolete copies can be detected by looking for either of two telltale signs.
First, many are printed on artificially and evenly aged brownish stiff paper, often with a wavy texture. Second, these, as well as others copies printed on other types of paper, nearly always have printed signatures, dates and/or serial numbers. Look closely at the written portions to see if they are actually written rather than printed. The color of the ink should be slightly to very different than the printed portions of the note.
