1974-Calgary-Stampede-1-Oz-Troy-Bar.

Picked this up the other day for under $30, the s/n on the back is 00187. Lately my local dealer has had lots of unique bars in the "Unrecognized" bin. Last week I got the Becker Country JM&M bar, then this week they had this one and a National Refiners - Assayers that I grabbed. I've been buying "unrecognized bars" lately because with the price drops the premium on these have dropped more than Maples and Recognized bars. Now I'm starting to take a real liking to them. There is one of these on ebay right now, starting bid $65 and buy it now $90, but no takers.

With the Bay logo in the date, I assume they were sold by the Hudson's Bay Company, and it was made the same year I was!
