That's a silver antoninianus. Which Roman Imperial emperor I cannot say because I can't make out the letters well enough unless you have a photo of the coin that is closer to see more detail, as well as less background. Here is a scan of a coin I have Gordian III to show you what I mean.

Phillip I - Antoninianus Obv: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG - Radiate bust right, draped and cuirassed Rev: ANNONA AVGG- Annona standing left, holding corn-ears over a galley at her feet left and cornucopia. Rome mint: AD 247 (6th Issue, 5th Officina) = RIC IViii, 29, page 72 A link: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/bigp...lip_I/i.html

I believe your coin to be:
Philip I AR Antoninianus. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, radiate, draped & cuirassed bust right / ANNONA AVGG. Annona standing left holding corn-ears over modius & cornucopiae. RIC 28.
Your coin is in decent condition and probably worth around $20-$25

ancientcoinguy: I don't think it is RIC 29 where Annona is standing left, holding corn-ears over a galley. I think it is RIC 28 where she is holding the corn-ears over a modius. But in either case, the value of the coin doesn't change I don't think.
BTW, welcome maxa019

**Looks again** Rats! I did not look closely at the modius and mistakenly identified it as a galley. Thanks for the correction JW!! Sorry maxa.
