What is strange for me at least living in West Virginia, is that I am seeing as many 2012 Ds as I am 2012 Ps. Normally, I don't see the Ds until much later in the year.
Found my first shield cent in change today. It was a 2012 (P) and probably right out of a coin roll. I live in South Carolina and have been surprised that I haven't found any before today.
Got some very minty 2012-D's while in Springfiled, MO this week. Also got an excellent 2012-D nickel and quarter too. Denver mint marks are harder to come by here in the South, we sometimes have to wait until later in the year for them to make there way over.
