The artificial light is a little harsh and I have it in an airtite, but I found this going through my parents stockpile of quarters.

Any idea on the grade?

Thanks in advance!

keep in mind it is hard to judge this coin because of the size of the image, the clarity of it, and the lighting. The key thing to take into account with clad era quarters in the cheek area beneath Washington's eye, the amount of contact marks in the hair and on the eagle's chest (reverse's, unless heavily marked only account for 1/4 of the coin's grade), and any hairlines that reveal themselves in the fields when you wobble the coin. Not being able to see all that much, I will point out the hit underneath TRUST, the hit on the neck, what appears to be hairlines in the right side of the field on the reverse, which leads me to believe this is probably an MS-65 quarter.
