1949-S-Booker-T

I've been slowly but surely putting together a set of African American themed coinage. I like the overlooked Booker T and Washington Carver coins as I feel that the scarcer dates are priced very soft these days. Here's a good for the grade MS-65 in the low mintage 1949-S!

Stunning coin cc ... blast white lustrous gem example.

Also one of the better struck BTW I have ever seen. This design (as you are aware) typically suffers from significant original planchet marks on BTW cheek ... difficult to make out many in your excellent photograph.

Any coin connoisseur would be proud to own this one.
