1969-D Missing FG - Coin Community Forum

chzman Pillar of the Community United States 1137 Posts	Posted 05/20/2012 11:10 pm I know these are not worth much but I was hoping this might be a cool find. I can not see any remnants of the FG, scratches, slight PMD around the area where the initials would be but nothing to suggest tampering. What do you folks think? Thanks for looking! They were there and now they are polished off. CPG show these and show a premium. But they are nothing specail to me. Just another device removed by abrasion to add to the growing list.
