1968 Penny Mint Mark Error?

Hi,

This is another coin that I have been looking at. Does the D look like a mint mark error? also the In God We Trust and the L in Liberty look as though they are on the rim.

Hard to tell from your photo. Is the diameter correct or is it slightly smaller than normal?

Normal for 1968's. MM ?, photo is too small.

The design was modified in 1969 because of the devices migrating to the rims...so this is normal....can't see the mint mark well enough to say anything.
