Decided to take a day off pennys and bought 7 rolls of nickels and I found this one about half way through the first roll. Anyone wish to take a stab at the severity, judging by the staples?

Looks like about 30 degrees, assuming the 2x2 was flipped top-to-bottom between the two shots. If it was flipped horizontally, it's like 150 degrees.

This one was flipped top to bottom but the 2x2 was tilted the wrong way, when I flip the coin, Monticello is tilted to the left not to the right, does that make a difference?

so it was flipped heads-over-tails and then rotated 90 degrees to the right? if I followed that, then it is rotated 45 degrees.

uploaded a better pic of what it looks like to me as I flip the coin top to bottom, sticking with the 45 degree assessment.

That was hilarious robbudo, sorry for the confusion.

I suggest the OP coin is rotated 45 degrees. Nice find.

I agree. Quarter turn is 90 degrees and this one is half way there.
