Well, that's what I think this says. My Greek was at school half a century ago.

Has to be a fantasy, particularly with a value of 100 Lepta

"Agioy" is "Saint", not "Mount". And the denomination is "aspra", not "lepta". It's from the Franklin Mint (you can see the distinctive FM monogram below the date), struck in the name of the Sovereign Greek Order of Saint Dionysius of Zakynthos, also known as St Dennis of Zante. KMX#2 in the Unusual World Coins catalogue.
