I do not think that they were made by the Franklin Mint. The Morgan dollars Say "Million Dollar Morgan Collection"
The Double Eagles say "Double Eagle Tribute Proof Collection"

No longer available, but I don't think that they would sell for much more than their "old" prices of $19.99 to $29.99 each set.
