2011 Toonie Pedestal And Struck Through?

toasty New Member Canada 49 Posts	Posted 05/23/2012 3:38 pm Found this toonie in circulation. There is a pedestal on the D of DOLLARS, and there is something going on with ELIZABETH II. Is this a plating flaw or has it been Struck Through Grease? Anybody ever seen one for this year? Report this Post to the Staff

These errors occur in the exact same position in ALL years and strikes (from Winnipeg). It is s-through oil, but why? To note: they are very frequent. Report this Post to the Staff
