1968 Bugtail (Die Chip) Is This A Common Error?

1PPCLI Valued Member Canada 61 Posts	Posted 08/28/2013 11:14 pm I have about 3 rolls of these coins. all of them are the same die chip in the same place. I put one on e-bay but it didn't sell? is it a more common error. I know there is a 1957 bug tail that has the die chip at the end of the tail. Charlton's tends to avoid listing die chip errors,the once popular '56 dot dime has not appeared for many years.Trends does list the '57 bugtail. Maybe you should list one continuously on ebay at a BIN price similar to what a '57 would fetch.Persistence may pay off.
