Wondering if anyone has seen this misprint and/or knows the value? When I found them they looked (and still look mostly) brand new.
One of the bills looks like it had low ink on the front. The back is normal. The green ink is fairly dark, but a touch fainter then other two bills. I also have the next two bills in the series that are normal.

Looks to me like it might have been in a pair of pants pocket while going through the washing machine.

hmmmm could be but, very unlikely. I don't think they would still have the new bill feel if it was washed. They had that crisp new bill feel when I found them. You know the 'these bills are so new that they stick together' feel. And they have never been folded at all. They are still pretty crisp and new. Maybe my picture needs to be better or maybe I need to just take them some place. I don't think my camera is doing a good enough job showing them.
Thanks to everyone for looking at them.

Well, if the back is normal, but the front is lightly inked, then most likely it is an error note.

As long as someone didn't tamper with it and then put it back in circulation, it is a pretty cool error note. I don't know of any well to tell, other than to take it to a currency dealer to have them take a look at it and determine if it is a real error note or not.

I would keep all three! It's shows evidence of the error that way.

The bottom one has a lot more wear than the other two. How did you come across these notes?
