Sorry I haven't been around to chime in.
The style of the first coin appears Indo-Greek or Bactrian, but I haven't seen an exact match. I may be of better help with the second coin, which I think matches a coin of Mysia Pergamon. However, yours is interesting because I think an owl is perched on the snake.

Attribution for this coin, which looks very similar to yours: MYSIA. Pergamon. After 133 BC. Æ 20mm (7.40 g). Laureate head of Asklepios right / Serpent coiled around omphalos.
Here is another coin, which may be a better match, that has the owl perched on the snake:

Bronze AE 20, BMC Mysia p. 129, 160, VF, Pergamon mint, 7.935g, 19.5mm, c. 133 - 16 B.C.; obverse Laureate head of Asklepios right; reverse AΣKΛHΠIOΥ / ΣΩTHΡOΣ, Asklepian snake coiled around omphalos, owl standing on the snake's back;
