Here are better pics of the bill, would it make any difference to grade? I put it at VG8 to VG10, opinions please. The first pics were from scanner and these are from camera. thanks

I agree, based on these new pictures the note looks like a VG.

In your old pictures, it looked like the note was missing a large portion on the upper right corner.

Book value is $3,000 however the Canadian Paper Money market is a little soft right now.
