Dear Friends,I found 2 1969s Pennys with Doubling on the eyes.As I turn the coin one eye closes and another eye opens up.Is this considered a DDO Quality? I see Two Eye-Lids.
The last image from top down shows TWO Coronas in the Eyes.
Or is this a normal Corona?
