don't look like dark green corroded, this green is light and smooth, not powder looking

not paint I am looking with a 10x, 16x, 20x magnified, is very evenly and shining and smooth, could be something like light green patina

If the color is off on the image it might be PVC damage, or some other contamination. I'd say it's not gradable in this condition.
