OK...so...because I cant help it...I have aproblem with Busties...if I see one I must try to attribute it....
...O-120 R1. Large 0, higher than 183. Stars with blunt points drawn close to the milling. Left side of T in line with right side of I. Letters in AMERICA evenly spaced...

I tried hard for VF20, but I couldn't quite get there. A TPG might.

Thanks everyone...the coin shows better in hand than with my photos, as far as color, but I tend to agree with all of you on grade. Thanks, BTW, for the attribution, as well.

I would go with F15 based on PCGS Photograde;
