I'm very new to this, and just found this note. Would it be considered a radar?

I'll also attach another I found that seemed to stick out to me. Lots of double digits and a triple digit. Is this anything special?

On the first note, I also noticed that the JC could stand for Jesus Christ :)

radar, serial number is the same forwards and it is backwards (like the word radar), so no on #1

second note is neat, but no preimium ('full house' if you play dollar bill poker)
