Sorry, no. It would have an "s" mint mark if a proof, not to mention much sharper details.

Ok cool just looked really good of a coin thought it was one but now I looked up some on the net would this be a MAD since LIBERTY is so close to the rim

The letters touching the rim is still an acceptable strike. It is when part of the letters are missing off the edge of the coin that the coin becomes a keeper.

Daniels when posting in topic be more specific or explain what it is youre talking about in your post. Youre confusing people on here on what they are looking at.
