Hello, and thank you for your time.
I recently found a 1990 p U.S quarter which is showing tripling and doubling on the obverse as well as the reverse
same coin....
which is showing very clear to the naked eye.

OBVERSE:
doubling at the:
ear
eye
hair line
lips
tripling on the:
chin ( visible to the naked eye)

REVERSE:
doubling at the:
left tail feathers
left wing
left extra arrow tips
left extra fig leaf tips

the doubling and tripling on the OBVERSE (front) was noticed by the naked eye, it is very clear.
i have done about a year of searching and have yet to find a coin that shows doubling on the OBVERSE and REVERSE on the
same coin... how rare is this. I am afraid to send it in for grading....

again this is a double double died US 1990 p quarter dollar...
doubling on the obverse and the reverse ... same coin

i thank you for any info or help.

Sounds like a heavy case of Die Deteriation doubling to me. Sorry its nothing rare. If you want more info on the coin you need to take pictures.
