1970-S LMC - Possible DDO? Help Please

I finally have my USB Microscope up and running. I want to start with this coin as I can not find something exactly like it in any of the error resources. My fear is that its some kind of non-valuable doubling but I'm hoping I have a DDO. Thank you in advance for your opinions

That's what I figured. The 9 was really throwing me though...It didn't look like machine to me. Although, its clear that the main portion of the numbers is thicker than the double. Thanks for the advice.
