I don't believe there is much of a price difference between them regardless

Yep not much of a price difference, The plain 5 is a tad more rare, though not enough to be worth much of any kind of premium.

We need to see the date, looks like it got cut off. For the grade I'd go F-15 with damage on the reverse. There are some neat die cracks on this example, for those of us that like that sort of thing (like me).
