There are a few sellers who scrub EVERY SINGLE COIN they sell and sell thousands of them anyway.

I get a little tired of having to wade through them or having to go to "advanced" and exclude them specifically:

theconsignmenthub
aboncom(stock pics only to boot)

And a few other high volume sellers who scrub 90%, which may be worse as a few of their coins seem okay:

vette1986
scardinal

I am tempted to not look at any of their coins tho just on principle. And so many buy from them at nearly retail prices too. It is bad for everyone involved, IMO!

Is there a way to "block" sellers permanently from searches on ebay? Sure would save a lot of time.

thx bobby, but the key word is "permanently", as in not having to list them for exclusion each and every search. It is also a bit annoying that when you go to edit an advanced search ( not saved ) it wipes out the excluded list.

one of those sellers you listed really irritates me because he/she/they color adjust all their photos to create the illusion of mint luster.

Not sure who you mean specksynder. Vette's silver all looks bleached-out so it doesn't show as lustrous in the pics. Hub's silver is so "buffed out" the pics don't have to be altered. They are all so "brazenly" ALTERED it isn't even funny!
Rest in Peace

Can't say I ever got a scrubbed coin from vette1986, but then practically all the coins I bought from him were non-USA.

My records show 3 purchases from vette1986, all good coins at a fair price.
