First, does anybody use a sony H2 camera that can provide some tips?
I ordered one yesterday and should have it in hand soon. Personally, I wanted a panasonic FZ7 but I compromised on the Sony with my wife as she had good luck with her previous Sony. By the way, compromise in marriage talk really means yes dear.

To prepare for the new camera I ran down to Staples to pick-up Ulead photo editing software (a $70 to $80 pkg) only to discover they didn't have it . So I went with Photo Explosion by Nova Software for $30 w/$10 rebate.

First, it did everything I needed including circular trimming for my coins . After being pleased I actually sat down to read the manual and noticed that Nova Software was actually a Ulead company so I got what I wanted in the first place and saved $50 to $60 to boot. So if anyone needs a cheap photo editing package I recommend Photo Explosion

I use a Sony H2 and like it very much. I haven't really explored it, I'm just using the auto settings.

Thanks Shatsi. I should have the camera in a week. I'll play with some settings and post the photos with settings in case you feel like playing.
