3 accually the other is in a PCGS slab AU 55. I had a chance to buy 2 completed sets over the weekend and will be posting some of the better coins over the next couple of weeks. Some IHC also.

WHAT? I didn't see a scratch in the pictures, do you have a pic of the scratch?

Yeah, I would like to see a pic of the scratch too...it doesn't look much different then the other one.

My picture taking isn't the best. I did not see the scratch before sending it in. The only way you can see it is tilting the coin slightly. It does not show in the picture and I know where it is. I generally think of a scratch as something that makes a grove in the coin and detracts from the coin. This is just a thin layer of patina taken off showing a lighter color underneath. I'm not even sure it was there when I sent it in. It is on Abe's coat below the bow tie about 1/16th of an inch long and about a hair width.

Being already a BN coin, maybe you should consider cracking it giving it the window sill treatment for a few months to retone that scratch.
