Wow, where do you keep finding all of these beautiful coins? I would say MS-64 RD. I would just put it in a 2x2 if I were you since the cost of getting it slabbed would be a lot more than the coin is worth.

Unless a coin is worth $50+ I keep it RAW, but most people that I have met do not like slabbing coins and prefer their coins RAW anyway.
