Looks to be EF40 anyway. Once we get better pics we'll see if we can go higher

Your pictures are not that clear, but from what I can tell:

Obverse: good separation between cheek and jaw, ear and bowtie look complete, brow ridge looks full, and detail in the hair

Reverse: looks to be a strong strike

Could be anywhere from a VF35 - AU50. I would say it is probably somewhere in the middle...XF40 or 45

I would say it's in the neighborhood of EF40.
