This episode of The Rick Mercer Report is a few years old, but I always find myself going back and watching it over and over. Some of the things he says and does when he is in there, are just hilarious.

My Favorite Part (1:15 into the video)

Rick: "This is Our Fort Knox, isn't it?"
Director of the refinery: *Say's nothing*
Rick: *Looks at flimsy looking gate to the vault*
Rick: "That's it!?"
Director of The Refinery: "No, No, there is much too it. There's locks on the doors, multiple combinations"
Rick: *Cuts the Director off* "Oh yeah... Well, that... You wouldn't want to force your way through that..."

Gets me every time...

Just thought some other CCF members would get a kick out of this as well.

I'd never seen Mercer's show before this. Very very funny. The man is CLEARLY about pushing buttons and testing boundaries. Reminds me a bit of Stephen Colbert without the political shtick. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome! Somehow, I don't see the US Mint giving free rein like this to a comedian... Pity... :-/

Does every show in Canada add random laughter?

Can you imagine if he stuck a piece of gold in his mouth at the US Mint? We'd probably pump his stomach.
