Those 16 extra holes in the 8147 wouldn't really work for me as I would know there were at least five quarters in the album that wasn't from the 2016-2021 years. That oddity would really bother me. Plus, I havent bought an 8147 yet.
One of my thoughts is to simply buy a 20-hole blank page and customize it myself and make it the last page of the 8146. It can hold four years of SF NCLT if the Mint makes this idiocy an annual offering. They'd be out of sequence, but at least they still be within the years stamped on the cover. This is not at all the difference between the Mint set and circulation coins which Dansco and other album manfacturers have chosen not to recognize, but an entirely new variety within an existing series, which they will be forced to deal with. The other mystery they will have to answer is this a one time thing or a permanent annual offering? Really infuriating.
