Is This A Brockage Error Of A Philippine 25c Coin?

manila New Member Philippines 3 Posts	Posted 06/07/2012 05:02 am Hi. I collect Philippine coins and am not sure what the following error coin is. I can see the imprint of a Philippine 25cent coin of 1967-74 on one side. So I think it is a brockage error. But I really dont know what error the other face of the coin has. Thanks.
