Looking at the Clasp and the Brow, I think VF35 is about right. Does look cleaned though,

Either VF35 details or perhaps a XF40 details. Either cleaned or dipped (I'll say dipped). Still a very nice early date Capped Bust Half.

I would say somewhere around 35 from the posted pictures, it's also been cleaned sometime in its past but it's a very nice coin.
