Although the coin is pretty worn I believe the N in the motto and the 2 are the best example of the DDO
If you zoom in on the first picture I marked it with arrows

How many die markers do we need to identify To call it a known DDO? I can find three from coppercoins.com 1972D-1DO-003

You're not looking for markers first - you're looking for doubling first, and I see none.

Look at picture 2 and zoom in on the N in the motto. the coin has PMD bad. I am using a microscope to see the doubling. it is beat up but there

There is no hub doubling on the 'N' of the motto on your coin. It would be far more obvious than having to zoom in that much.

Is this not Hub doubling It appears to notch under the curl of the 2 and along the right side of the 2

The 2 is normal. Almost all 1972 cents have that in the 2.
