Not sure what causes this... perhaps just die wear (suppose very late die stage) ... I call it "Monticello, smoke rising" - it does look interesting though doesn't it?

Yeah, my thoughts also. I was more posting it because I thought it looked nice as compared to some rare error with a large premium.
