I don't know about the second one but the first one looks like it may be gold plated.

Could you post photo of reverse on second one ? pictures of edges would be a help to identify and the weight. One more easy help, find the strongest magnet possible and tell us what happens.

Oh no! I made a reasonably large post about it, and then it got moved and now my reply isn't here D:. I'll see how much I can remember though :)
I have no idea about the first coin, but I did see the first coin a few days ago while searching. I looked again, and it was similar to the coin I was thinking of. I did more searching, and I found it to be very similar. I believe the second coin you have is a Phoenicia Tyre Shekel (sorry if I've said this in any wrong way, I'm still quite new and not 100% sure as to how it should be :P). They range anywhere from 125BCE-50AD or so from what I can tell. On the left of the eagle are two letters, and I think they represent the date. However, they look like TM to me, but the site I looked on had nothing about TM. So, either the site is incomplete, or it's not actually TM :P. OR, that's not the date :P. There's a letter beneath the eagle, in the Phoenician alphabet, but I can't quite make it out. Perhaps someone who knows the letters better than I can though :P. Though, funny side note, they have very similar soundings to the Hebrew alphabet :P. Anyways, back to the coin. I believe the head is of Melqart, some king of a land or God of a place or something. Phoenicia isn't really something I know much about though, so I think that's about all the information I can give you about it. Hope I helped!

I'm afraid the first coin posted is definitely not genuine. It's a rather crude replica of a Spanish gold coin, of the kind sold in "pirate-themed" tourist traps and prop shops. It's not made of gold; you can see the gilding wearing off some of the corners. This old thread has an identical replica, looking much less gold-like. As for the second, it perhaps should be made clear that the picture you've posted in post number 8 is not of your actual coin, but from off a dealer website. I assume in the last post you've made, you're comparing your actual coin (top two pics) with the dealer example (bottom two pics). Unfortunately, I have grave doubts about the authenticity of your second coin, too. It is an exact match for this coin in the FORVM fake database, as far as shape and markings go; they appear to have been mass-produced, because here's another one, identical in shape. I believe I can also see some knobby protrusions, perhaps the remnant of a casting seam, on the rim at the base of your coin.
