Here are a few of the IHC from a recent purchase. I don't have a lot of experience with these. I know a full easy to read Liberty is a good sign.

A little bit of verdigris other than that, AU-50 I'll say

I agree with Shafta, AU-50 with a previous attempt at verdigris conservation on the obverse. Looks like someone soaked it olive oil due to the characteristic red color surrounding the spot. NEVER use olive oil on coin!

How much mint luster is present?

I would say about 10% same on the 1900 and the other 2 are brown.

luster is not color, but the amount of original surface remaining on the coin. A brown IHC may still have lots of luster.
