Carolus Philippus Comes Palatinus Rheni, Sanctum Romanum Imperium Archithesaurus et Elector, Bavariae IC & MD
Carl Philip, count of Pfalz, Architreasurer and elector of the Holy Roman Empire, something in Bavaria...

That's what I make of it...

Could be Charles III Philip , Elector Palatine (1661-1742) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charle...tor_Palatine

bart...you nailed it..

It is Charles III Philip.. I was also given a link to the Spanish Museum regarding this piece. The Spanish translates to:

"Lead Test in front of medal. Bust of the sovereign, bewigged, in profile to the right, legend around CAR. PHIL. C. P. R. S. R. I. A. HT. & EL. BAV. I. C. &. MD. &. Marked with S. Diameter: 40 mm.

Technical taken CAZORLA CAMPS, Museum Inventory Emilio Lazaro 1948 - 1950"

Spanish Link: http://www.flg.es/HTML/Obras_6/Prue...lla_6988.htm

It says it was tested in 1948 - 1950, how ever I'm not sure when this was made.. Thanks again to all..
