i dont know the mint.. is there one? also I have a 1919 I would like some grade opinions.

Looks like a 17-D but that mint mark is real hard to see- grade= G6, but acid treated reverse.

The 19 is a Philly coin and has a nice lamination error on the Obverse. Grade= G6 close to a VG on the reverse, but the date isn't full enough (1st 9 mushy) on the obverse to go VG in my opinion.
