The man in the uniform looks like Anwar Sadat but I do not find anything in Egypt for him. Any other country suggested?

Coin is reeded, about 28.5 mm

I can make out the two dates on the obverse: 1340 and 1381. And since the current year on the Islamic calendar is 1432, I think that the coin is dated 1919 and 1960. So I have a feeling that this is from 1960.

The date is commenorative, however the country has me stumped. Arab bald guy with a mustache. Country unknown, maybe the name is in the script.

DCH is correct.
Ah yes, I remember spending these.
To get to the reason why this is so, have a quick look at my CCF profile.

The "bald guy with a mustache" is Mohammed Zahir Shah.
He was the last King (Shah) of Afghanistan, reigning for four decades, from 1933 until he was ousted by a coup in 1973 (a coup by his cousin Mohammed Daoud Khan while the Shah was in Italy undergoing eye surgery). Following his return from exile he was given the title 'Father of the Nation' in 2002 which he held until his death.

Thank you for the information. I would have lost my hair being a King for decades, too. You can not have everything. I am amazed I came across this coin with a realistic image.
