Will the Presidential dollars be separate from the mint set? If not I think they should. No point raising the cost of the mint set for those of us not collecting the Prez dollars.

They will be included in the mint sets and there will be a proof set of just the presidential coins.

Does that mean the "regular" proof sets will not include the prez dollars?

The Mint is doing it just like the State Quarters- a separate set of the dollars and a full proof set including them too.
