All 1956 business strikes are type 1.
You are thinking about 1956 proofs, where type 1 is the less common variety.

Type 1 (soft eagle) is used on all business strikes, while type 2 (sharp eagle) is used on all proofs after 1956 but a few 1956 proofs are type 1's...

As fas as Business strikes go, only 1958 & 1959 coins show both types 1 & 2.

It's a fun and relatively inexpensive set to complete. Have fun if you decide to tackle it!

From my untrained eye, what you have there is just junk silver. Not that any Franklins are to be sneezed at in this day, but to me it's worth the going rate for junk 90% silver.
