Check out this auction. Might have to send a few halfs to PCGS.

Wow... I can't believe how stupid I just was. My first reaction to seeing this was "How can they tell that it's a 1964?" My second reaction was a hearty slap to the forehead when I realized that all they have to do is weigh it.

My god. So basically you either want perfect coins or the most worn out one you can find? lol

that is PRECIOUS!
I sold it for melt, but I had the most worn Morgan in HISTORY. The rev was completely worn to bare and the obv had just the hint of the top of the head left so you could barely tell what it HAD BEEN. The dealer said in his 45 years of dealing coins he had never seen a coin close to that worn before - and he goes to shows nationally all the time. He said his grandpa used to carry a "shiner" like it and rub it for luck - and thus it wore down to almost nothing. But he said mine had that one beat by a mile. hahaha It was in my uncle's collection I got years ago. Probably should have sent it to PCGS instead if melting it. ;)

Guess this coin would qualify for lowballing! Maybe it would get the elusive P(-1)

P01 is the goal for lowballers, but date and mint mark must be either legible or obvious due to some unique characteristic of that coin. Worn-smooth doesn't cut it.

That "Braped Dust" coin is still more detailed than my uncle's shiner. LOL
