There are a couple of RPM's listed for that coin. Yours look like the M.M. took a hit at one time or another. Not an RPM but damage. You have the large date 1970-S.
Look for the small date version. That coin brings a premium.

There is such a thing, but from your picture, it just looks like your coin took a hit on the upper part of the MM, giving the appearance of doubling. A closer picture may help prove this one way or the other.

That's the best picture I can do unless I invest more money. The S is very thick and tall, not like being smashed down.
