You should have grabbed the DP4 I sold a few months ago on here for cheap.
I shamefully admit that I do not look at the CCF sales as often as I should. That one was gone before I even had a chance.

Note to self: look more often!

Absolutely disgusting how people like this can sell a single coin to ANYONE.....and then get positive feedback.

And I've nentioned this many times. My Son, when in college, used to work the ebay stuff all the time. And so did many of the other kids in that college. They stick together and give each other massively great feedbacks.
And as to how to remove the D. There is a thing called an electric eraser. It works almost like a drill with long and different types of erasers. Use the harsh ones to remove the D, then use the softer ones to make the rest of the coin look the same. Eventually place on a kitchen window sill for a while and PRESTO, a now nice looking no D coin.

While viewing that one, this one caught my eye... http://www.ebay.com/itm/KEY-DATE-LI...g=1006&rk=2&

Values at 2500.00 in CoinWorld. And I am sorry, that barely looks AU to me let alone MS63. Flat features and no luster on the "high" points. At least to my eye. Were the strikes that crappy on the obverse?

That's how they look, I believe the grade is accurate. I can see cartwheel luster on the reverse pic from a distance. There's more luster and red color than the pics fully show.

EDIT - That's a VERY rare coin I should add. I don't think I've ever seen a 63RB weak reverse before. It's priced accordingly for sure!

smokeriderdon- I think you found another crooked seller. Look at the ear on the S VDB. Looks like a banana.

This guy sold five no D or weak D 1922s this year alone. Had some sort of a racket going. They sold from $60 to over $400.
