Do all 1846 Obverse Tall Dates ( FS-LC-1846-301 002) have the horizontal line through the center of the 1 ?
edit Looks like tall dates do not have to have the line just the variety.
Any help would be informative to me.

The 1846 tall date varieties are N-12, 13, 14, 16,(23), (24), and (25). N-13, (23), and (25) are all from the same obverse die and have the horizontal line through the center of the 1. N-12, 14, and 16 do not have that line. (the line is probable the remains of the base of a mis-placed 1.)
