Is it just me or do others see the extra metal at the right edge of the Maple Leaf in Silverdon's picture of the Toronto Maple Leaf Loonie. It is where at the bottom of the "O" of "Toronto"

Found a 1946 6/6 in the first roll of nickels I looked through in my first round of roll hunting in 10 years. It was a lovely find :)   |

Had a good Rememberance Day last Sat. Got a GITD toonie, a 2015 no colour poppy quarter, I like these better than the coloured ones and a 94 Peacekeeper loonie. The poppy and loonie fit the day perfectly. Yesterday got a 74 and 83 nickel, a very tired 1980 near bead quarter, a 2011 colour orca quarter that a friend needed so I shot it to him, and a 2011 Boreal foerest loonie.  "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"

 I finally got a 2017 Canada 150 loonie in my change. Now I have the nice one from my sister, and this one. Don't even know if I will put it in a flip. It's already been well handled, so it may stay out as a "grabber".  It was also nickel week, 1 of each, 62, 68, 78.  A 2000 Family quarter rounds it out for this week.
