Missing the mint marks, The 92 looks like maybe there is some of one left.

Both coins exhibit Grease Filled Dies that happen to affect the mintmark area. This actually does happen with enough frequency to call them rather common.

To me besides the dates, taking a very close look at the face...They are different. Check out the eye lids and nose too!
