It's either been lightly circulated or cleaned. I can see some lines in the fields. I would grade it AU-55. Nice looking Franklin half overall.

I think it is wear on the cheek and forward hair details,lower bell ,, AU-50/55 .

What looks weird to me is that the top of the head looks nice with not really any wear, but the hair down by the shoulders looked well "rubbed". I don't see near enough detail at that spot to warrant any higher than what Irish has suggested, in fact I'd be hard pressed to see it above AU50.

I am trying to get better at this grading drill, so take my opinion with a big grain of salt!!!!!

I'd go AU55, it's got somewhat of a weak strike and a few to many scratches for MS. Nice coin.
